Wat Arun

 Wat Arun is located on the west side of the Chao Phraya River and is very close to Wat Pho Temple. It is one of the most unusual temples in Bangkok and one of the most beautiful.  This temple dates back to 1768 and was renamed, after its renovation, Wat Chaeng, "The Temple of Dawn".
